Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AXXITODE, we value our clients and aim to provide the best digital marketing and web services possible. We understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Below is our official Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing service by sending an email to support@axxitode.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle or scheduled project delivery.

  • For digital services like web design, marketing campaigns, or custom development, cancellation requests will be accepted only if the project has not yet been initiated or if less than 20% of the work has been completed.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or work already delivered.

  • If a client cancels a service within 48 hours of payment and no work has started, a full refund may be issued.

  • For services partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work done, at the discretion of AXXITODE.

  • Monthly recurring services (e.g., social media management, SEO) are non-refundable after the start of the billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name purchases, third-party tools/software, or advertising budgets paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

  • Customized strategies, consulting sessions, and creative designs once delivered are also non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
